2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided (in person, over the phone, or online) are approximate and subject to change after a full vehicle inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins. Taxes, shop fees, and disposal charges may apply.

Promotions, coupons, or free-check offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

3. Free Checks and Inspections

Free brake, alignment, and tire checks are visual inspections only. Any recommendations made are based on observed wear or potential safety issues. Customers may decline or approve any repair or paid service.

Alvarez Tire Shop is not liable for damage or failure that occurs if recommended repairs are declined.

4. Parts, Tires, and Warranty

Used Tires: Sold as-is, with no warranty and no guarantee on tire repairs.

New Tires: Include a manufacturer warranty as provided by the tire brand.

Alvarez Tire Warranty: We provide 1 year of free tire rotations and 1 year of free flat tire repair with the purchase of new tires.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt and proof of service performed at Alvarez Tire Shop.

5. Appointment & Wait Times

Appointments are not required but recommended for faster service. Wait times may vary based on workload. We strive to complete most services same-day.

6. Payments

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved financing options. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution in servicing your vehicle, Alvarez Tire Shop is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Website Use

All website content, including text, images, and logos, are property of Alvarez Tire Shop. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
